In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1. Download, complete, and sign the following documents:

• Rental Application

• Supplemental Application for Affordable Housing

• Signed Tenant Selection Plan

Reference the tenant selection plan for specific income limit guidelines that correspond to the program.

2. Pay a $150 holding administrative fee money order that will be used towards the security deposit of the unit.

3. Submit the completed and signed documents:

• By email: Email sync_synccityline_propertywebsite@leads.anyonehome.com and use subject line: (Last Name, First Name - Application for affordable Unit)

• By mail: Send to 714 Turtle Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78745

• In person: Drop off at the leasing office located at 714 Turtle Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78745

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, only completed and signed applications that fall within the income limits of the program will be processed in the order they are received. If the unit is not available, the application will automatically get added to the waitlist.
